Work began in October 2025 and is expected to continue through July 2026. During this period, residents and motorists may experience temporary traffic constraints, including lane closures, detours, and delays. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your patience and cooperation as crews work to improve our community’s water and sewer infrastructure. Construction on affected streets is scheduled to begin on Monday, February 2, 2026, and sidewalks will be installed along the property line. As part of the project, trees located within the public right of way may be trimmed or removed by the Public Works Department if necessary. Residents should be aware that driveway access may be temporarily restricted once construction reaches their property, but the contractor will provide at least 24 hours’ notice before any work that impacts access. If a driveway is affected, residents are allowed to park on the street or outside the construction zone, and no parking tickets will be issued during this time.
